DeWALT DCF889B 20V Impact Wrench
Great value for a cordless impact with 400 lb-ft torque
RubberCheese Summary – I bought this on sale for $141 CAD and used it once before writing this review. Previously, I used the Mastercraft corded impact for about 3 years. Note that this is a bare tool. I recommend it as the best value cordless impact wrench I could find, though wired impacts are much cheaper.

The DeWALT DCB889B is a bare tool rated for 400 lb-ft torque, 2300 impacts per minute, and 1500rpm.
The “B” stands for bare, so no battery is included. I used my FlexVolt 60V battery (actually three 20V batteries in series OR parallel, depending on tool its used in).
In the video review, I remove a wheel from my DTS (nuts torqued to 100 lb-ft) with the 889 and install my summer rims. Later in the review I compare the DCB889B with my corded Mastercraft 7.5A impact wrench.
I paid $141 Canadian for the DCB889B while on sale. Included with it (although I forgot at the moment I made the video), was a slim 20V battery as a promotional item.
The impact wrench has more than enough power for use removing wheel nuts, and having a cordless impact wrench makes tire swaps much quicker and easier.
